Who’s behind Align

I’m Olivia, and it’s a privilege to be here with you.

Being your therapist is a profound honour. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s complexities, offering therapy that is skilled, real, warm, and compassionate. Together, we create a space where your story and experiences are deeply honoured and safely held.

As a proud Blak and Queer woman, my own journey has deepened my passion for this work. Over the last decade, I have witnessed the power of the therapeutic relationship to transform lives. My specialised expertise is in trauma, particularly attachment and childhood trauma, but more than anything, our work is centred on you: your healing, your connection, and your growth.

At the heart of my practice is a belief in healthy, authentic, and safe relationships. Life’s challenges can disconnect us from ourselves, but therapy offers the chance to heal, to reconnect, and to build a strong foundation for all the relationships in your life.
