A note from Olivia
There are moments in life when we feel a quiet nudge, a sense that something within us needs attention, care, or understanding. If you’re feeling that now, I want you to know I’m so glad you’re here.

Individual psychotherapy offers a confidential and supportive space to explore the experiences, patterns, and challenges shaping your life. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational practice and recognises how past experiences, identity, culture, and relationships influence present wellbeing.
Sessions may support people navigating complex trauma, anxiety, identity questions, relationship difficulties, grief, or life transitions. Together we work at a pace that feels safe and meaningful, with a focus on developing insight, strengthening internal resources, and fostering more compassionate relationships with self and others.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to support the processing and integration of distressing or traumatic experiences. EMDR works by helping the brain reprocess memories that have become “stuck,” reducing their emotional intensity and allowing new perspectives and adaptive beliefs to emerge.
EMDR can be helpful for experiences such as trauma, anxiety, panic, medical trauma, grief, and distressing life events. Sessions may include a range of EMDR protocols tailored to the individual, including early intervention approaches for recent or acute experiences.

This is for frontline workers, or everyday people who have recently (within the last 3 months) experienced, or witnessed something distressing or traumatic. It is a specialised protocol designed to help the nervous system process the experience before distress becomes more deeply embedded.
This approach may be useful following experiences such as accidents, medical procedures, workplace incidents, sudden loss, or other overwhelming events. Early intervention aims to support emotional regulation, reduce the likelihood of ongoing trauma symptoms, and help individuals regain a sense of stability and safety.

Group EMDR programs provide a structured and supportive approach to trauma processing within a group setting. Using established EMDR group protocols, participants are guided through processes that support emotional regulation, resource building, and gentle trauma processing.
Group EMDR can be particularly helpful for communities, organisations, or teams who have experienced shared stressors or collective trauma. These programs offer the opportunity to engage in therapeutic work while benefiting from the supportive presence of others.
Programs can be delivered online or in collaboration with organisations depending on the context and needs of the group.

Clinical supervision provides a reflective and supportive space for counsellors, therapists, and helping professionals to explore their clinical work, develop skills, and maintain ethical and sustainable practice.
Supervision sessions focus on case reflection, therapeutic process, practitioner wellbeing, and professional development. Drawing on psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and relational frameworks, supervision supports practitioners to deepen their understanding of client work while also attending to the emotional and relational impact of the helping profession.
Supervision is available for both emerging and experienced practitioners.

Reflective practice groups offer practitioners a collaborative space to think together about the relational and emotional aspects of their work. These groups focus on developing reflective capacity, strengthening therapeutic thinking, and supporting sustainable practice.
Through facilitated discussion and shared reflection, participants explore clinical themes, relational dynamics, and professional challenges that arise in helping roles. Reflective practice groups are particularly valuable for students, early-career practitioners, and teams working in complex or trauma-exposed environments.
Groups are typically small to maintain safety, depth, and meaningful engagement.
